There are many sides to the evolving world of commerce. Lincoln University’s Graduate Diploma in Commerce creates the opportunity for you study and look more deeply into a range of commerce specialisations. This programme allows you to cultivate a deeper understanding of how these commerce specialisations can be applied to your work and future career.

Programme Structure

Lincoln’s Graduate Diploma in Commerce normally requires one year of full-time study. Part-time study options are offered. You need 120 credits with a minimum of 75 credits at the 300-level, 60 of which must be chosen from the Commerce degrees offered at Lincoln. The remaining credits, including no more than 15 at 100-level, must be chosen from the Schedule of Courses.

Entry criteria

  • Completion of an undergraduate degree from an accredited higher education institution in New Zealand.
  • Or an equivalent educational achievement or level.

English Language Requirements

  • IELTS academic score of 6.0 overall, with no individual component less than 5.5
  • TOEFL (iBT) overall score of 60 (with at least 18 in writing)
  • Cambridge English: Advanced (CAE) and First (FCE) overall score of 169, with no individual component less than 162
  • Pearson Test of English (Academic) overall score of 50 with no communicative skills score less than 42
  • Lincoln University English Language LU EL 65%.
  • NZ Certificates in English Language (NZCEL) - Level 4 (Academic Endorsement)
