Summary

Beginner or new to the industry? Our Welding Level 3 course is the perfect solution. In this 20 week course you’ll be able to gain the foundation knowledge and skills for the booming welding industry. You will be able to get into the workforce or Specialised Welding Level 4.

Delivered through BOP School of Welding PTE, within the Aspire2 Group and is an NZQA approved qualification. You will be trained in the fundamentals of welding and working in an engineering environment.

Upon completion, you will be assisted to find work with a work or apprenticeship placement, and you will complete a 'Site Safe' passport.

Entry criteria

  • You need to be 18 years old or over
  • English language requirement

    IELTS
    provide evidence of an IELTS overall band score of at least 5.5 (Academic), with no individual band less than 5.0
    Pearson Academic Test
    have a Pearson Academic Test score of 42 and above with no individual band score less than 36
    LanguageCert
    have a B2 Communicator Test HIGH PASS and above with no less than a pass in each skill
