This programme aims to enable people to develop and use introductory skills related to: digital literacy; use of office productivity tools to process and present information; information technology basics; Internet fundamentals; computer maintenance and troubleshooting; computer applications, security risks and safety.
People will explore ethical issues related to digital devices and office productivity tools and develop teamwork and communication skills that will enhance their IT literacy and competency to participate in a range of personal, community and voluntary activities, in local, regional and global interactions.

Graduates of this programme will be able to:
