This 120–point taught programme will equip you with a set of attributes and values that will enrich your understanding and knowledge of information governance concepts. It will enable you to build a strong platform of professional skills and enhance your effectiveness in managing privacy and information governance programmes within organisations.
The PGDipInfoGov will be available to working professionals needing to upskill in this important field. It will also equip new and recent graduates for entry level and junior management roles in similar fields.
The programme will be offered online through Auckland Online. You will be immersed in a rich, flexible and interactive learning environment that is designed to help you to learn and to develop professional skills in information governance.
Also available: Postgraduate Certificate in Information Governance (PGCertInfoGov) (60 points). This programme can lead to further study at masters level, such as the Master of Information Governance (MInfoGov), which is being developed for introduction in 2022.
IELTS (Academic): Overall score of 6.5 and bands less than 6.0; Internet-based TOEFL (iBT): Overall score of 90 and written score of 21; Paper-based TOEFL: Overall score of 68 and a writing score of 21; Cambridge English: Advanced (CAE) or Cambridge English Proficiency (CPE): Overall score of 176 and no bands below 169; Pearson Test of English (PTE) Academic: Overall score of 58 and no PTE Communicative score below 50; Foundation Certificate in English for Academic Purposes (FCertEAP): Grade of B-; Michigan English Language Assessment Battery (MELAB): 85.
