Study options
Students can apply for entry to the Otago Bachelor of Biomedical Science Programme after successfully completing five semesters (2.5 years) at Republic Polytechnic. Students are eligible to graduate following a further two years of successful full-time study at the University of Otago (2.5 years + 2 years).

Entry criteria

Applicants must successfully complete the required five semesters of study at the Republic Polytechnic, with a minimum GPA of 2.75 (Otago: B) and must meet the University Otago's English entry requirements.
