Private Training Establishment
Number of students
We welcome Christians from all walks of life, cultures and age groups who want to be equipped to make a difference in their church and in their community. Our goal is not just disciplesship or academic study, rather we aim to equip people to move into actual ministry. Classes are relevant and life focused, designed to help students grow to be like Jesus in character and to develop their leadership potential. Students apply what they have learnt in a range of practical activities including running church services, a mission trip and evangelistic outreaches. As a pentecostal college we encourage students to learn to recognise the voice of God's Spirit, seek His presence and be willing to move in His power.
The campus is part of the Elim Christian Centre complex, a 7.5 hectare landscaped site which hosts a number of Christian ministries including the Auckland South Elim church. College facilities include an auditorium, lecture rooms, library, study and recreational areas, student computers, a large dining room and kitchen and use of the grounds and tennis court. A limited number of on-site, self-contained units are available for student rental. Classes run Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 12.50pm leaving afternoons free for homework and part-time work.
