Eight years ago, NZIE began its own employment service called ‘Think Recruit’. This unique employment service gives you a kick-start to your career by opening doors to employers. We’ve delivered over 500 internship and work experience opportunities for our students and our employer network supports us every step of the way.

Every programme we offer is co-created or shaped by employers and industry specialists. This means that our employer network tells us what content we should be putting in our programmes so our graduates have all the current skills required to gain employment. This is why 97% of our graduates find employment after graduating.
