St Mary's College is a Catholic School for Girls from Yrs 7-13 (ages 11-18) and located in one of Auckland's most safe and respectable suburbs, Ponsonby, in Central Auckland a 10 minute walk to Auckland's CBD/city centre. It is the oldest girls school in New Zealand and is consistently one of the top academic performing schools in New Zealand with a pass rate over 95% at each NCEA level. It offers a rich and diverse range of learning experiences, with three levels of ESOL (English classes) offered across the timetable, an award winning School of Music and many different sporting opportunities. The school has 1000 students and only 40 international students so the level of care and support for each student is excellent both in school and in their homestay accomodation.
