Summary

We are a school committed to excellence in all that we do. We work with commitment and conviction, to ensure that each young man who joins our family is able to realise his potential, in whichever endeavour he undertakes.

Our values as a school centre on those symbolised in our school crest. The lion represents courage -having the strength of character to be the very best one can be, recognising the responsibility we have to stand for what isright and good.

The star represents excellence - the virtue of arete, of striving to be the very best one can be, in every part of our journey. The sash, through the middle of the crest, represents the love and care we must feel for each other, and which we must demonstrate through our focus on service to others.

The world our young men will experience as adults is one of rapid change, and of many opportunities. As a school, we craft good men, and we craft great men, individuals who are confident as they begin their adult lives, men who have the qualities to meet the challenges and opportunities of the future. We are fortunate to have staff of the highest quality, students who believe in the values of the school, and a wider community who provide us with the support to make our school a very special family.
