Summary

Baku International Study Centre opened in 2019 with the British School in Baku. The school has a long-standing history of producing great graduates that continue their education in world’s top universities. NCUK Qualifications will be taught in the school’s state of the art classrooms by excellent teachers who are qualified to UK teaching standard. Not only have we enjoyed academic success but our students thrive in competitions. We have competed against some of the best schools in the world to win gold medals in Science, Mathematics and Debate. We are the only school in Azerbaijan to host the first-ever International Girls’ Model United Nations Conference, organised by the MUN Geneva; and we are working to host annual MUN conferences in the future. The school is located close to the centre of Baku and is situated in a new purpose-built accommodation which includes fully equipped Science and ICT laboratories as well as a gymnasium. Classrooms are furnished with a whiteboard and projectors with teachers trained and qualified to UK teaching standard. Our students are eager to learn, enthusiastic and committed to their studies. ‘Learn to Live’ is not only our motto, it is our ethos.
