Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must be undertaking their MSc thesis in one of the following subject areas: geology, environmental science, geography, freshwater management, biology or chemistry and undertaking research in topics with relevance to Whakaraup? Lyttelton Harbour.
Research topic must be on either: • Project A: The modern and historical sedimentation conditions within near-shore habitats of Whakaraup?/Lyttelton Harbour, specifically at Governors Bay; or • Project B: The abundance and size distribution of tuaki within modern and historical nearshore habitats of Whakaraup?/Lyttleton Harbour, specifically in the Head of the Harbour, and relationships to sediment characteristics.
