The main purpose of the Scholarships is to attract new international students of high calibre to enrol in 120 point or 180 point masters level study of one year or more in the Faculty of Creative Arts and Industries at the University of Auckland, and thereby to support the faculty’s strategic objectives of teaching, research and collaborative partnerships with other universities.
Applicable study: 120 point, 180 point or 240 point masters degree
The primary basis of selection will be academic achievement, measured by the grade point average (GPA) or grade point equivalent (GPE) assessed over the candidate’s most recent qualifying programme (see Note II) and the quality of the candidate’s portfolio or practice submitted with their application for admission to the masters programme. Candidates must have a GPA/GPE of 5.50 or above in their most recent qualifying programme to be eligible for award consideration.
