Summary

The programme has been designed around a simulated real-life business entity.  Students will become part of the organisation and play active roles in the business' daily activities.Graduates of this qualification will be able to operate business technologies and perform a range of administrative tasks. You will learn how to perform financial calculations, process data, produce information for business purposes, communicate effectively with stakeholders and work co-operatively within a team to achieve objectives. Other areas covered include selecting and applying customer service techniques, applying effective problem solving, decision making, ethical behaviour and self-management.
