Summary

UC’s Postgraduate Diploma in Professional Supervision offers the opportunity to deepen and broaden your knowledge and skills in professional supervision and related areas, positioning you as an advanced practitioner and leader in the supervision profession.

Through in-depth inquiry and applied practice, you will strengthen your capacity to support individuals, groups, and organisations to sustain and enhance their effectiveness. The Diploma will equip you to work with complex challenges and to support others in navigating increasing complexity across professional and personal work contexts.

The Diploma will also be of value to experienced professionals seeking to enhance their supervisory practice, contribute to the development of supervision frameworks within their organisations, and potentially move into education, training, or consultancy roles.

Entry criteria

To apply for the Postgraduate Diploma in Professional Supervision you will need to have previously studied an Aotearoa New Zealand bachelor’s degree with at least a B grade average, or an equivalent qualification.
