They manage stakeholders, assess and reduce risk, and adjust quickly when plans change. Many work across business, arts, tourism and community organisations, balancing creativity with strong organisation and clear communication.

It also helps to be friendly, reliable and comfortable working with a mix of people, from clients to volunteers and suppliers.
