Summary
The Bachelor of Arts with specialisations offers a unique degree combining several subjects under a broader theme.
These groupings allow you to study multiple different courses from a set list that cater towards a particular industry or career in the arts, from creative business to global relations to humanities, and more.
Major/minor optionYou can also do a BA with a major and minor combination, allowing you to focus on individual subjects in the three years of the degree.

What will my study involve?- Choose from specialisation themed pathways, such as in creative industry practice or international politics.
- Many courses offer field trips, real-world case studies, performances, internships, and community projects.
- You have the option to study a minor from additional subjects across Arts, Commerce, Computer Science, Digital Screen, Health, Product Design, Science, Sport, and Youth and Community Leadership.
- Get involved with some of the many Arts related student clubs including Arts Society, Japan Society, Classoc, and Musoc.

Entry criteria
To enrol in the degree, you will need:
- University Entrance (or equivalent). UC offers transition programmes for those who need help meeting these requirements.
- If English is not your first language, you are also required to meet UC's Undergraduate language requirements. See how to provide your English language evidence to UC. If you need help meeting these requirements, or would like to practise your English skills before studying, UC offers English for Academic Purposes (EAP) language programmes.
If you are a domestic student, you may also gain entry to the Bachelor of Arts via the Diploma in University Studies which is an alternative first year of the degree offering additional support.
