EIT’s NZ Certificate in English Language programmes are designed to help you to “Live the Language.” You will learn practical and academic English skills, how to communicate with people in a variety of familiar and unfamiliar contexts, work to widen vocabulary knowledge and gain confidence in using English whatever your level.

Career Opportunities and Outcomes

Students who complete and pass an NZCEL programme will have earned 60 credits on a nationally recognised qualification. For students who take the academic strand at NZCEL 3 and above, they will have access to mainstream programmes at EIT and some other NZ tertiary providers.
