This programme is all about being hands-on. You will be taken out of the classroom and into the real-world environment of a local commercial bakery kitchen and The Hub Café.

In our bakery training environment you will work as an effective member of the team and learn to communicate clearly with customers and your colleagues and gain a solid background of general bakery knowledge.
