Fundamentals of Real Estate

Law for Real Estate Licensees

Discuss the laws relating to resource management and buildings, along with the implications of these in the real estate context. Learn about the laws of contract, agency and land ownership titles in relation to real estate practice.  

Real Estate Sales and Marketing

Develop positioning strategies and marketing plans to establish a presence in the Aotearoa New Zealand real estate context. Learn about the appraisal and listing process along with the requirements and responsibilities associated with Agreements for Sale and Purchase.
