As part of your studies, you’ll master the art of preparing delicious food, from meat, poultry, seafood, plant-based, and pasta dishes, to pastries, and desserts. As well as developing a range of cookery skills enabling you to prepare, cook, and serve a variety of dishes, you’ll also gain skills in teamwork, time management, workflow organisation and food safety. And you’ll gain all of these skills in our purpose-built learning environment, alongside learners of all ages and different cultures and backgrounds.
