It is ideal if you are considering a career shift into the health sector, planning to pursue postgraduate study, or are an international student who does not yet meet the entry criteria for postgraduate programmes.
By completing this Diploma, you will demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of health systems, theories, and practices, and be equipped to contribute to improved health outcomes across diverse settings.
You will also develop skills in equity, diversity, and inclusion; build bicultural confidence and competence; and be prepared to apply these capabilities in health-related workplaces and organisations.
You will need to have either previously completed a bachelor’s degree in Aotearoa (or equivalent) or have at least 5 years of relevant work experience in a health-related area.
