Your studies will explore project management, leadership, organisational behaviour, business transformation and change, and strategic management. You’ll develop practical capabilities for change management, strategic planning, project management and leadership. In addition, you’ll channel the knowledge and skills you acquire into a practical industry project for a local business or organisation, in which you’ll address business issues or advance business opportunities. In the process, you’ll strengthen your understanding of transformation and change.
