Workload

The average workload for each course will be about 10–12 hours per week, including lectures, tutorials, and workshops. This will vary from week to week depending on your readings, assignments, and workshops.

Intensive study

With intensive study, you'll complete three courses over four trimesters. You'll complete your EMBA in about a year and a half.

Where you'll study: You'll be based at Pipitea campus, near the Wellington Railway Station in Wellington's CBD.

Entry criteria

To be accepted into this programme you'll need to have:

  • A Bachelor’s degree
  • At least five years of professional work experience
  • To be accepted by the programme director as capable of proceeding with the proposed course of study.

Proof of English proficiency

To be accepted into this programme you will need one of the following:

IELTS (Academic): minimum overall score of 6.5 with no sub-score below 6.0

TOEFL: minimum score of 90 for the internet-based test with a minimum of 20 in writing

Pearson Test of English: minimum score of 58 (with a ‘Communicative’ score of not less than 50)

EAP: minimum final scores of 4,4,5,5
