Cultural & Language Immersion: Every class integrates Te Reo Māori and Tikanga (culture). Students attending for longer periods of time have the exciting opportunity to join our proud, energetic Kapa Haka performance group.

3. World-Class Education Outside the Classroom (EOTC)The Famous New Zealand Camp Experience: Every two years our Year 5 and 6 students participate in a three day camp experience offsite. A true highlight of Kiwi schooling, our Year 5 and 6 students build lifelong friendships, resilience, and teamwork through outdoor school camps at immersive locations like Camp Adair and Carey Park camp.C
Water Safety Programmes: In the upper years, students participate in a variety of EOTC activities that encompass water safety and the beach environment. In 2026, Year 4 students went snorkeling at Goat Island, in 2025 Year 5/6 students travelled by ferry to Tiritiri Matangi Island in the Hauraki Gulf. In previous years students have visited local beaches and participated in sailing programmes as part of the renowned NZ Waterwise safety programme, learning valuable water survival and safety skills through hands-on sailing.
Environmental Stewardship: Students engage directly with nature through visits to the Arataki Education Centre, learning firsthand how to protect our precious environment.
