Baradene College of the Sacred Heart is a state integrated school for girls from Year 7 to Year 13 (11-18 years old). Established on its present site in 1909 by the Society of the Sacred Heart religious order, the College is one of a network of schools which spans 41 countries. It is situated in the suburb of Remuera approximately 5 minutes drive from the Auckland CBD.

Bardene College campus has both traditional and state of the art teaching and learning facilities. The College has Wifi throughout and is a Microsoft Academy school which allows students to gain Microsoft qualifications. Students have the opportunity to participate in a wide range of co-curricular activites. The school has a gymnasium, swimming pool and a number of tennis courts. The 1500 seat auditorium is the venue for many musical concerts and special prizegiving celebrations. Baradene College students perform at high levels both in sporting and cultural activities.
