"I don’t already want to say “Good bye”. It seems like I have only just arrived in New Zealand a few months ago but it’s actually already been almost 12 months. I want to thank all of you for making it such an amazing time! I have had so much fun with my awesome host family and friends. Another massive “Thank you” to Mr Morris, all my teachers and the International Department for always supporting me and taking me to some great places in New Zealand. I absolutely love it here and for me it will always be my second home, my second family, just the other half of myself."
"I enjoy staying in New Zealand, especially in Darfield. Darfield High School is not a big school but it’s filled with love and kindness. There are so many students who are really friendly."
"I went on great trips with my Outdoor Education class—a three-day tramp through beautiful New Zealand nature, four days rock climbing down in Wanaka (so much fun!), overnight in a snow cave, and skiing and snowboarding with all my friends up at Porter’s with the school Ski Programme. I also went on a big trip with lots of other international students from many different countries down south to so many beautiful and amazing lakes, including jet boating, bungee jumping and skydiving... If you ever get this opportunity take it and live your dream. I promise you, you will be stunned by the new things you will experience."
