FULL TIME COURSES (Monday-Friday 9am-2.30pm)-Foundation Programme in Hospitality and Cookery- 28 weeks-Certificate in Cookery- 16 weeks-Professional Wine Knowledge (WSET Levels 1-3)- 12 weeksPART TIME COURSES-Barista & Coffee- 3 days-Cooking 101- 3 days-Cocktails & Mixology- 3 days-Essentials of Cooking Fine Food at Home- 8 Tuesday evenings-Introduction to Wine- 2 weeks or 9 Tuesday evenings or 2 weekends-WSET Intermediate Wine- 2 weeks or 2 weekends-Restaurant and Cafe Management- 10 weekends
