Since 1995 the New Zealand School of Food and Wine has been educating the next generation of chefs and wine professionals and tempting the taste buds of food and wine lovers from all over the world.

FULL TIME COURSES (Monday-Friday 9am-2.30pm)-Foundation Programme in Hospitality and Cookery- 28 weeks-Certificate in Cookery- 16 weeks-Professional Wine Knowledge (WSET Levels 1-3)- 12 weeksPART TIME COURSES-Barista & Coffee- 3 days-Cooking 101- 3 days-Cocktails & Mixology- 3 days-Essentials of Cooking Fine Food at Home- 8 Tuesday evenings-Introduction to Wine- 2 weeks or 9 Tuesday evenings or 2 weekends-WSET Intermediate Wine- 2 weeks or 2 weekends-Restaurant and Cafe Management- 10 weekends
