Wanaka Helicopters has been operating in Wanaka since 1992 and over this time has earned a world class' reputation for training helicopter pilots. Lake Wanaka Lifestyle Reserve a fantastic area of New Zealand to develop all round flying skills and enjoy a wide range of leisure activities when not training Instructors with a wealth of commercial and instructional experience. Our owner /Director Simon Spencer-Bower has been training helicopter pilots since 1980 and was awarded the HAI instructor of the year 2015. Over 500 pilots trained to date.
