The main purpose of the Scholarships is to fund postgraduate students who are admitted to the PhD programme in the University of Auckland Business School with the intention of undertaking research on a topic which has the potential to impact on New Zealand business and/or business development in a globalising world.
The Scholarship may be awarded to new students who have paid the fees, or arranged to pay the fees, for full-time enrolment in a PhD degree in the University of Auckland Business School. Eligible candidates who have begun their PhD programme in the University of Auckland Business School may also be considered for this Scholarship.
The Scholarship is tenable by international students who are paying domestic fees.
The Scholarship may be awarded to new students who have paid the fees, or arranged to pay the fees, for full-time enrolment in a PhD degree in the University of Auckland Business School. Eligible candidates who have begun their PhD programme in the University of Auckland Business School may also be considered for this Scholarship. Where a qualifying programme with a grade point average (GPA) or grade point equivalent (GPE) is the basis for entry to the PhD, a candidate must have a GPA/GPE of at least 7.00 (6.50 for M?ori or Pacific candidates) to be eligible for scholarship consideration.
Tenure: Up to 3 years
