Summary

he Level 4 programme of study for people with prior knowledge of hairstyling and colouring tasks and basic hair cutting techniques, who wish to develop skills and knowledge to become a professional hairstylist.

Build on their existing skills, increase technical skills and knowledge, and develop their creativity and flair. Learners will consolidate their skills to successfully work in a commercial salon.

This replaces the level 4 Emerging stylist programme. Students will now do their year 2 Level 4 and leave fully qualified with the NZ certificate in Professional Stylist Qualification.

Varda is the only provider in the Waikato to be doing the level 4 Hairdressing qualification
