Summary

Physiotherapists help restore movement, function and quality of life to people of all ages affected by injury, disability or health conditions.The physiotherapy degree has been designed for those who are engaged with their community and have a commitment and interest in Māori and/or Pacific health. The programme provides students with the skills and knowledge to be work-ready physiotherapists who are culturally responsive and well-equipped to meet the needs of communities across the Midland region, in particular rural and remote communities.
