What this course offers and how you will benefit

The future is defined by change and challenges: social justice, climate, disruptive technologies, and changing demographics.

Leading change means more than disaster recovery and business continuity – it is a mindset shift to one that is adaptable, flexible and poised to maximise opportunities of change.

To survive disruption, whether it’s gradual or sudden, organisations need to be adaptable. In this programme, you’ll develop skills that foster collaborative working relationships, which support adaptability. You will also apply future-focused resilience frameworks to real problems in your professional environment, while considering the impact on people, place and planet.

The Master of Change and Organisational Resilience offers a blend of theoretical and practical learning. Through case studies, you’ll benefit from the wisdom of leaders and subject matter experts with experience managing change. And you’ll join a network of leaders, innovators and entrepreneurs.

Our programme is for emerging leaders or people who want to move into specialist change roles. Whether you see your career in digital transformation, sustainable leadership or something specific to your work, you will take away a toolkit that will help you solve complex challenges and contribute to the leadership and development of resilient organisations.

Our stackable master’s is learner-centred and there are multiple pathways through the programme. You might start with our short micro-credentials or the Leading Change for Good Postgraduate Certificate.
