Summary

The Postgraduate Certificate in Intellectual Property is a pathway programme for non-law degree holders who wish to enter the Master of Intellectual Property. It's also a stand-alone academic qualification. As a stand-alone programme, it will particularly appeal to students seeking to complete accredited courses required for registration as a trade mark attorney (Australia) through the Trans-Tasman IP Attorneys Board.

The flexible course offerings and the ability to complete the programme part-time make it attractive for working professionals.

Part-time study is available and recommended for working professionals. Part-time options include 1 year (two courses per semester) or 2 years (one course per semester).
