Summary

Develop your clinical and professional supervision skills while learning alongside practitioners from a wide range of professions. Grow your skill set through short block-courses and online, flexible, self-directed study, with feedback from peers and lecturers. This multi-disciplinary programme is designed to meet the demand for qualified supervisors in social and human services.

Throughout the programme you will examine the concept, role, purpose and benefits of supervision in a wide range of professions. Exploring the range of theoretical and practical models and approaches to professional supervision, you’ll learn about a framework for anti-oppressive supervision practice.
