The Bachelor of Construction is fully accredited by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), the leading international construction professional body. You’ll be eligible for RICS accreditation if you successfully complete a Bachelor of Construction major and the Professional Practice minor. The Quantity Surveying major is also accredited by the New Zealand Institute of Quantity Surveyors (NZIQS). As part of your degree, you also have the option to include courses from a second minor or elective courses.
