Summary

The Postgraduate Certificate in Executive Management (PGCertEM) is suited to business owners, and middle and senior managers who have developed functional and industry-specific knowledge, but would like to focus on broader management areas. The addition of these skills opens up possibilities for the directorship of a department, business unit or company.

The PGCertEM is structured to enable managers to complete the programme flexibly over time. Courses are taught throughout the year, so no large amount of time is required away from work. To complete the PGCertEM, participants are required to complete four five-day short course modules. It is recommended that participants complete at least one five-day course per year.
