Lincoln University’s Postgraduate Diploma in Applied Science focuses on nurturing your advanced understanding of how science can be applied to problem-solving in industries such as agriculture, medicine, communications and transport.

And now of crucial importance, the role science plays in management and conservation of our biosphere and its precious resources. This one-year senior study programme offers flexibility.

Subject areas range from soil science and transport studies to environmental management, and you can take the Postgraduate Diploma in Applied Science either as a standalone qualification or use it to staircase your study towards a Master’s degree.

Entry criteria

Completion of a relevant New Zealand level 7 bachelor’s degree or recognised equivalent with a B- average or better in the 300 level and final year (full-time equivalent) courses
