Summary

This postgraduate programme prepares you for a career as a Clinical Exercise Physiologist. Clinical Exercise Physiologists are allied health professionals who design and deliver exercise for the prevention and management of chronic health problems such as musculoskeletal issues, diabetes, cancer and cardiovascular disease.

You will complete clinical placements at sites like the Health and Rehabilitation Clinic, undertaking the supervised work experience needed to gain professional registration.

Entry criteria

You must have completed a Bachelor of Science from this University, with a Grade Point Average of 4.0 or higher and a major or specialisation in Exercise Science, or another relevant subject, or the equivalent prior study. Minimum requirements listed here are the likely grades required and do not guarantee entry. We assess each application individually and applicants may require a higher grade to be offered a place. IELTS Academic Score required: 6.5, No bands less than 6.0.
