Our Cookery course is all about practical hands-on skills. It is fees-free and you can start anytime.

Work towards your NCEA L2 as you get an introduction into the cooking industry and learn a range of cooking methods and practices including beverage preparation and table service.

You’ll also gain independent living skills including planning and budgeting for meals, ideal for flatting situations.
