The programme has been designed around a simulated real-life business entity. Students will become part of the organisation and play active roles in the businesses daily activities.Graduates will have gained a real understanding of how a business operates and the confidence to apply for administration opportunities.Graduates of this qualification will be able to operate business technologies and perform a range of administrative tasks. You will learn how to perform financial calculations, process data, produce information for business purposes, communicate effectively with stakeholders and work co-operatively within a team to achieve objectives. Other areas covered include selecting and applying customer service techniques, applying effective problem solving, decision making, ethical behaviour and self-management.
