The New Zealand Diploma in Acute Prescribing with Homeopathy is an NZQA Accredited Level 5, 120 Credit qualification offering training in all aspects of acute homeopathy – from philosophy and theory to medical science and practical acute clinical application. This programme is a prerequisite before moving into our Diploma in Homeopathy for either Human or Animal Health (Level 6).
Graduates of this program are eligible for entry into the New Zealand Diploma in Homeopathy and specialise in either Human or Animal Health (Level 6). As a graduate of our NZ Diploma in Acute Prescribing with Homeopathy, you will be a Homeopathic Practitioner in Acute Prescribing for both Humans and Animals and will be able to register with the NZ Council of Homeopaths. however, you must stay in scope with Acutes.
Course Format
Part-Time Online: The duration is 80 weeks part-time and can start anytime from anywhere in the world. Study requires you to commit to a minimum of 17 hours per week which includes lectures, assignments and self-directed learning.
Applicants must have completed our NZ Diploma in Acute Prescribing with Homeopathy prior to moving into our Diploma in Homeopathy. University Entrance or equivalent.
International Students for whom English is a second language must have a minimum of IELTS 6.0 or equivalent. Further details on our website under "International Students".
