Entry criteria

General admission

Academic entry requirement for the Postgraduate Certificate and Postgraduate Diploma in Applied Management is one of the following:

an NZQF-listed undergraduate degree (or equivalent) in Business or Management;or
an undergraduate degree in a related field with a minimum of the equivalent to a B- (B minus) average (as per the EIT-specified 11-point achievement-based grading system), subject to assessment by the programme coordinator; or
Dean's discretion, where an applicant's situation is compelling but not covered by the requirements listed above.

English language requirements

Applicants who have English as a second language are required to have an overall academic International English Language Test System (IELTS) score of 6.5, with no individual band score lower than 6.0 achieved in the last two years; or PTE: (Academic) score of 58 with no band score lower than 50 or NZCEL: Level 5.
