Entry criteria
You can apply for this programme if you meet one of the below options:
- New Zealand Certificate in Cookery (Level 4)
- or two years of relevant culinary work experience or equivalent.
English language requirements
Applicants who have English as a second language are required to have an International English Language Test System (IELTS) score of 5.5, with no individual band score lower than 5.0; or PTE: (Academic) score of 42 with no band score lower than 36 or NZCEL: Level 4 (General).
